Cold air of -40°C is blew from the entire left side wall.
Air will be then exhausted to the cooler by the two fans on the right side wall. wall . After re-cooling, air will be recirculated back into the freezer.
Grid racks are used instead of metal racks in order to reduce the amount of heat being absorbed.

Selling points of BFD-315

Is a single-function product suitable for commercial use?

  • This freezer is sufficient to cover both the freezing capacity required as a blast chiller (above +10°C) or a shock freezer (product temperature down to around -20°C).

  • “Temperature Sensor + Buzzer Kit” can be purchased by option. It senses the core temperature and cooling time and enables freezing to be stopped automatically once target temperature is reached.
